Aniimo capture calculator
Pick your target's rarity and your setup — pod, health, status, sneaking, BREAK and throw timing — and see how the stacked multipliers change your catch odds before you commit a rare pod.

Roughly 2 pods per catch on average. Your setup adds +12 points over throwing the same pod at a fresh target (65%).
Fan-estimated model — the exact in-game formula is unpublished. What is confirmed: every factor above contributes an independent multiplier, so layering a status, a full BREAK and a tight ring beats pod tier alone.
1. Weaken the target
Damage first. A target below half health is meaningfully easier to catch than a fresh one — but never faint it, or the chance is gone.
2. Break the guard
Fill the BREAK gauge. A full break is one of the largest independent multipliers in the whole capture formula.
3. Apply a status
Sleep is the classic capture status. It stacks with Break and health — each condition is its own factor on the same throw.
4. Sneak, then throw tight
Approach while sneaking, wait for the ring to tighten, and release. A tight ring on a stacked target is where the odds actually land.
Why a Basic pod can beat a Hyper
Capture multipliers stack independently: health, sleep, BREAK, sneaking and throw timing each multiply the base rate, on top of your pod tier. A sleeping, fully-Broken, low-health target caught sneaking with a tight ring outperforms a bare Hyper pod hurled at a fresh spawn — every time. The calculator above makes that trade-off visible before you spend materials.
Anipods are crafted, not bought — so the rarest pods are a materials decision. Run the numbers first, then decide whether this spawn deserves the Sparkling Cube.
