What is a variant?
Most Aniimo have a standard appearance. Variants — Sparkling, Prismana and the far rarer Umbrell — replace the look and sometimes the stats of a creature, and are the prize of hunting endgame.
How variants are found
Region and time-of-day mutations appear in specific habitats, while Sparkling occur in the wild at a low rate and Prismana and Umbrell are tied to events and dedicated hunts.
